財政部推新政 舊車換新最多省50000元
景氣不好，財政部準備出招救經濟，目前正研擬調降「汽車貨物稅」，只要民眾把家中汽車汰舊換新，預估每輛新車可以減稅約30000元~50000元，而被淘汰的舊車，將銷往開發中國家，藉此刺激出口市場。
看車民眾：「你們有保固嗎？」
業者：「有我們有1年保固。」
來到二手車行，這位先生打開引擎蓋仔細看看車況，準備換車，但其實，他或許可以考慮直接買新車，因為財政部透露，正研擬調降汽車貨物稅，車齡4年、8年以及15年的舊車，只要是汰舊換新，新車的貨物稅大約可以減少30000元~50000元。
二手車行經理溫慶裕：「4年的話太短了，應該要10年以上的車比較適合，一部車子使用的話不可能4年就換車。」
業者希望財政部還要再調整內容，才能符合市場狀況，不過，財政部的如意算盤還不只如此，以南韓例子來看，2014年中古車出口高達24萬輛，以平均售價30萬元來計算，全年出口金額，就高達720億元，新加坡舊車出口，每年也有10萬輛，出口金額有300億元。
因此，財政部打算取經，讓淘汰舊車銷往開發中國家和新加坡、南韓共同瓜分市場大餅，藉由「汰舊換新」、「舊車出口」兩措施，挽救疲弱的景氣及出口，只是民眾來說，不一定有吸引力。
民眾：「現在沒有吸引力，因為（新車）還是貴啊，買二手車比較划算。」
民眾：「我個人還好，我自己的車還可以開，沒有必要換新的，對車齡比較久的應該還是有他的吸引力。」
因為貨物稅必須修法，如果，立院本會期通過修法，最快，2016年年初就可上路，到底新措施有沒有效？到時就能見真章。（民視新聞戴佳儀、周晨暉台北報導）
